  • How do the coupon codes work?

    You may have been sent a coupon by email, through a promotion or won a voucher at an event we have sponsored. Simply enter this coupon during the checkout process to receive the discount as described in the info that came along with your discount code. If you have any concerns with getting your coupon to activate please contact us and we will make sure it all works for you.

  • How do I log onto my account?

    Use the "Login" link located in the top right hand corner of our website, or in the sub-menu of our home page.  Your username will be the email address that you choose to receive all of your correspondence through, relating to any orders.

     

    If you are logging in for the first time you may need to set your password.  Do this by following the prompts of the "Forgot Login Details" link.

     

    You can only log into your account once you have registered.  If you have previously checked out as a Guest you will need to contact us so we can convert your details into a registered account.  If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

  • Do you offer an Express Shipping service?

    Want your order pronto? There is an express shipping option at checkout that you can select if you require your goods to get there quicker. 

    We will prioritise your order for same-day shipping where possible.

     

    NB: We are a regional-based business and overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed.  Where products cannot be sent using Australia Post Express an Express Courier service is used.

  • Is freight free for all deliveries?

    If your shopping cart totals over $50, we will ship your order freight free.

    Orders with a shopping cart total of less than $50 will have a $5 flat shipping fee applied at checkout. Free shipping applies to all orders with an Australian delivery address only.

    International orders (other than NZ) are calculated on a case by case to ensure the most economical method is used to get you your goodies.

  • Can I come and collect stuff I have ordered from you directly?

    There are no facilities for customer personal collections at this address. Please do not attempt to collect an order as it will more than likely already be in transit on its way to you via a courier or through Australia Post. There is no shop front or customer service facility available at our warehouse.

  • Do you ship any items outside of Australia?

    Yes we can, but not for all our brands. Some products are restricted to supply within Australian/NZ boundaries due to our supplier agreements. Please send us an email if you are unsure before placing your order. A flat delivery fee of $5 will be applied to all New Zealand orders at the checkout. If you live in another awesome part of the world please let us know so we can work out the most economical way to get you your order!

     

    Please note that tracking information is not provided on standard International Orders; tracking information can be arranged at an additonal cost.  Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange this.

  • Can I buy goods as a present for a friend and pay for them with my credit card?

    Of course you can! When you fill in the delivery details, put your friend's name and address in the delivery field, and your own credit card details in the payment area.

  • I want to order a poster and DVD from your website. Will it arrive safely?

    We do everything we can to ensure our products arrive in one piece on your doorstep. The posters are rolled in brown craft paper and put into a strong poster tube for shipping. DVD's are packaged in bubble wrap to minimize any potential bumps they encounter during transit.

  • Can I play your DVD's on my Australian DVD player?

    All of our DVD's work on Australian DVD players, in fact the majority of the DVD's are multi-zone and can be played on any DVD player all around the world.

  • How long does it take to receive ordered goods?

    If the products you have ordered are in stock, the goods will be usually be sent out within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and transit is around 5-7 working days. International orders obviously take longer and will depend on the country your goods are being sent to.

    If you want your goods quicker, select the Express option in the checkout.

  • Is Your Credit Card Facility Secure?

    Yes, we use the SSL Secure Ordering System through eWay which ensures your credit card details remain secure online. Make sure whenever you are entering any personal details you are using the secure Everest Sports website. This can be done by checking that https:// is visible in the address bar at the top and also looking out for the padlock symbol.
